If you are between 50 and 80 years of age, 50+ Easy Life cover, underwritten by Irish Life Assurance PLC., is ideal for you. It is a simple life assurance policy which pays out a lump sum benefit in the event of your death.
A 50+ Easy Life cover policy will give you peace of mind knowing that your family will not suffer any financial burden following your death. The amount payable on death is based on the regular payments customers make (from €15 to €55 monthly).
After the first 2 years of your 50+ Easy Life cover, if you die we will pay the life cover benefit you choose, as shown in your schedule.
If you die as a result of an accident in the first 2 years of the policy you are fully covered and you will be paid the benefit as shown in your schedule. If you die as a result of anything other than an accident during that period insurers will only pay your estate a full refund of the payments you have made.
